What people always ask us.

Do we need a new POS or new hardware?

No. The kitchen screen runs on any tablet or computer with a browser. The scanner is a standard USB or Bluetooth barcode gun, and labels print on a regular thermal store printer.

Do customers have to sign up?

No. Ordering is anonymous: customers only type their name, which stays on their phone. Less friction and less personal data to manage.

Can we have several stores and different prices?

Yes, all of a franchise's stores on one platform, each with its own stock and devices. Prices are set per franchise.

Who owns the data?

You do. The platform is hosted on servers in the European Union and each franchise's data is kept separate.

Does it work on Android and iPhone?

Yes. The app is published on Google Play and the App Store with your brand's name and icon.

What if a customer never picks up?

The order is set aside on the screen as stale and staff can clear it. You decide the policy.
